Membership.........


Membership for the Maywood First Aid Squad is open to Maywood, Rochelle Park, Hackensack and Paramus residents of the age 18 or older. (Within a two mile radius of Maywood)  If you are between the ages of 16-18, you can join the squad under the youth squad. The organization is a non profit organization and strictly a volunteer service.

Anyone who wants to join the squad has to be certified as Emergency Medical Technicians as defined by the NJ State Department of Health. Note that the training can begin after joining the organization. You will be reimbursed for the training of these classes. Members are required to dedicate at least 50 calls a year. (We hope you can do more) Also, you are required have one duty night a week. (10:00pm-6:00am) Weekends are open nights, if you are available...come out!
